Instructions
Eternal Media Inc. wants you to do very little in the preparation. However, getting us your pictures and video footage will be the most important step (see tips section for assistance in selecting pictures).
Step 1 Gathering photos:
Gather photos, from photo albums, your computer, your own DVDs or even on a memory stick or disc. Pick out the pictures you want to use and send them to us eithier via Fed-X or you can simply upload them directly to our secure web-site. (Should your pictures be from a photo album you can either choose to scan the pictures being used or send them to us directly, all pictures, DVD, disc or memory sticks will be returned with your Loved One’s DVD.) See the TIPS section on how to best choose your Pictures.
Step 2 Choosing the music:
Choose 3 to 5 songs. Find music that will run close to 15 minutes in combined length. If you have a favorite song where the lyrics just don’t seem appropriate. That's ok! You can choose that song without lyrics. Eternal Media Inc. has a very large selection of re-mastered music to choose from without lyrics. Just give us the Name of the Original Artist, Original Album and Song Name. We will search for the best available re-mastered version for you. See the Tips Section for tips on choosing music.
Step 3 Ordering:
You can order online or through your funeral counselor. You will need to complete an order form with as much information as possible. The more information you give us the better we can personalize you Loved One’s Memorial DVD. You can either upload your pictures directly on this site (uploading is recommended) or you can send the information to us via Fed-X. The more you make available to us online the more time we have to work with you in perfecting your loved one’s DVD.
