Terms and Conditions
Time frame for your Loved One’s DVD is guaranteed within its allowable turn time. (48 – 72 hours). Please allow additional 24 hours for overnight delivery. Please note that the clock does not start until the following conditions are met:
- All media has arrived to Eternal Media Inc. (via the internet or mail delivery)
- Payment must be received prior to work being started on the DVD production.
- Order form and Disclaimer must be completed and signed by the client who is paying for the memorial DVD.
- You will be contacted by an Eternal Media Inc. Representative when all items have been received and production is going to start. At this time you can ask your customer service representative any question you may have regarding making any changes, corrections or suggestions to your Loved One’s memorial DVD.
DVDs can NOT exceed 15 minutes in run time. This is done to allow ample time for your service. Please check with your funeral director on display options and run time allowable. It may vary depending on where your service is being held.
Eternal Media Inc. strictly enforces copyright laws. This is why we will purchase each song individually for each and every DVD production. It is the Clients responsibility to make sure that this DVD will be used for Private use only. Your DVD is protected by copyright and any reproduction is not permitted. You can get more copies of your Loved One’s DVD at the Eternal Media Inc. web site. www.myloved1.net

Turn time is Guaranteed. After meeting the above conditions and production starts you can NO Longer make changes for that expected due time. If changes are to be made the turn time clock re-starts. You can NOT make any changes to the production with in 48 hours of the completion date and time. Eternal Media Inc. needs to have time to produce your DVD and overnight ship it in time for your Loved Ones service.
